Founded in Los Angeles in 2009, Folklor Pasión Mexicana is a thriving professional dance company dedicated to the art of Mexican Folkloric dance and culture. The company's mission is to share the dancers’ passion, dedication and love of the art as it radiates across the stage to audiences around the world.
Folklor Pasión Mexicana specializes in authentic footwork and style, paying homage to the tradition and beauty of Folkloric dance. Artistic Footprint
Folklor Pasión Mexicana has participated in numerous events across the U.S. including guest appearances at The Dolby Theater in Hollywood, The Greek Theater, The Segerstrom Center for the Arts, The San Gabriel Mission Playhouse and The Santa Barbara Bowl. We have had the pleasure of performing alongside world-renowned Mariachi ensembles such as: Mariachi Vargas de Tecatitlan, Mariachi Los Camperos de Nati Cano, Mariachi Cobre, and Mariachi Monumental de America de Juan Jose Almaguer, among others.
